The studio is subdivided into architectural and professional project groups formed in such a way that they cover the comprehensive project-engineering preparation of buildings. In each group, as a minimum,  the head is an authorised designer: i.e., either an authorised architect (Czech Chamber of Architects) or an authorised engineer (Czech Chamber of Engineers and Technicians).

The head of the studio has expert experience of project work gained in  the Federal Republic of Germany. In our work we stress the individual approach to the architectural and aesthetic design of the given task, and we regard as being fundamental the attainment of maximum compatibility between the investment intention, economic investment and its operation, the demands of the customer or public institution, and the architectural aspect of the building. All of this, both in the past and in the present, has given us the opportunity to work for such significant investors as the Bureau of the Government of the Czech Republic, the Presidium of the Parlament of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry for Local Development, Delvita Praha, Euronova Brno, Globus Praha, McDonald's Praha, a whole range of regional and municipal authorities, and others. Our employees are accustomed on principle to dealing with the given projects right down to implementation details, and as a result our work has gained several awards in the design field (for example, for the firm Inotec GmbH Reutlingen, FRG).
